Steve N After constant contact with the company I have so far not received a refund or replacement. I’ve reached out multiple times with no action. I understand shipping issues can occur but to fail to address and correct the problem is customer abuse.

Gary Waggoner I would like to provide you with a review of your product but i have not received it as yet. I ordered it on February 14th and it shipped the same day. It appears that the USPs lost the package. I have been in contact with Chris at you company three times and he finally suggested (yesterday) to ship me another unit. Will be happy to provide feedback when i get it.
