As per the company's instructions, I have emailed them three times requesting a return authorization number and I have received no response from them. I would think three weeks would be enough time for them to respond.
The bushing was fine, but the motor head (a later order) would not fit on the tube I had--however, the person I talked to on the phone was extremely helpful and resolved the issue with impressive speed. My thanks to him.
I didn't know there were different sized pump cylinders, only different sized bushings. I made it work by putting the bushing I bought inside another.
Bushing edge (lip) is both thin, and shallow. The
Pos-T-Vac cylinder thickness is 4 mm, the bushing lip is barely 2 mm wide; resulting in the bushing being to easily drawn into the cylinder.
The problem is the same for both the large (furnished) and small (ordered) bushing.
