Product Encore Deluxe Battery Powered and Manual Vacuum Erection System "On Sale Now!"
Guys you need to put lube around the base of the penis shaft, then on the whole penis, then slide the rubber shround over your penis shaft all the way down to the bottom of the shaft against the belly and testicals. Then make sure you still have lots of lube on all your oenis, especially around the head. Now the key to good suction is to put a generous bead around the tube opening before you insert your penis into the tube this gives the seal you need to maintain suction. Now I did not know this, but to use it for post surgery rehabilitation you need to slowly pump up your penis (turn pump on for few seconds, turn off for few seconds, penis will continue to grow with pump off. When you get a good erection without any pain (if you pump too much, push the release button and let some air in until it is comfortable. Then leave pump off and maintain erection in tube for 2 minutes (repeat this process 5 times (takes about 15 mins) twice a day.

I purchased this item as a replacement for a competitor's product. Following the manufacturer's directions, I was in the "learning how to use" phase of usage. As it turns out, I experienced bleeding quickly after applying vacuum. I do not believe this is a fault of the pump, instead, it is a personal issue. I also believe this pump is a good product as it had features that would overcome the issues with the competitive product. But, as mentioned in the title, it is "apparently not for everyone".
Have only had the system for a week or so, but seems to work as advertised and is easy to use.
