Vacurect OTC Custom — One-Piece Vacuum Erection Device
By Vacurect / Mainspring Medical | FDA-Registered OTC Device | No Prescription Required
One-Piece Design — No Batteries, No Motor | Erection in Under 60 Seconds | 96% Success Rate | Standard 1.75" × 8.75" Cylinder | 5 Tension Ring Sizes | Personal Lubricant & Storage Pouch | 1-Year Warranty | Ships Discreetly
The Vacurect OTC Custom is the original Vacurect — the one-piece vacuum erection device that changed how men think about VED therapy. Where traditional vacuum erection systems require attaching a separate pump head or battery pack to a cylinder before each use, the Vacurect integrates the pump mechanism directly into the cylinder. No assembly. No batteries. No motor. No loose parts. Place a tension ring at the base of the cylinder, apply a small amount of lubricant, and use the built-in sleeve action to create a gentle vacuum. A firm erection is typically achieved in under 60 seconds. Slide the tension ring from the base of the cylinder onto the base of the penis, remove the cylinder, and the erection is maintained for up to 30 minutes — with both hands completely free.
The OTC Custom is the entry-level Vacurect kit: the same one-piece device and 96% clinical success rate, with 5 tension ring sizes (the most commonly needed sizes for most men), personal lubricant, a discreet storage pouch, and a 1-year warranty. If you need all 10 tension ring sizes, both lubricants, service oil, a zippered travel case, or a lifetime warranty, see the Vacurect OTC Deluxe. If you need a larger cylinder, see the Vacurect Plus. FDA-registered. No prescription required. Ships in plain, unmarked packaging. By Vacurect / Mainspring Medical.

How It Works — The One-Piece Difference
The Vacurect's one-piece design is what sets it apart from every other VED system on the market. Traditional pump systems — including battery-operated and manual pump-head designs — require the user to attach a separate pump component to the cylinder before each use, then remove and set aside the pump head after the erection is achieved. This adds steps, adds loose parts, and interrupts the natural flow of intimate moments.
With the Vacurect, the pump mechanism is part of the cylinder itself:
- Select the appropriate tension ring from the 5 sizes included and attach it to the base of the cylinder opening
- Apply a small amount of personal lubricant around the cylinder opening and to the head of the penis
- Position the one-piece cylinder and use the built-in sleeve action to create a gentle vacuum — blood flows naturally into the erectile chambers
- Once a firm erection is achieved, slide the tension ring from the base of the cylinder onto the base of the penis and remove the cylinder
- The erection is maintained for up to 30 minutes — remove the tension ring at the 30-minute mark
Both hands are free from step 4 onward. No pump head to set down. No battery pack to disconnect. The cylinder is the only component.

FAQs
What if the 5 included tension rings aren't the right size for me?
The 5 sizes included with the OTC Custom are sizes 1 through 5 — the most commonly needed sizes for most men. If you consistently find that size 1 (the smallest) is the right fit or closest to it, size 2 may be worth trying. If size 5 (the largest included) is too small, additional sizes are available separately through our accessories section. The Vacurect OTC Deluxe and Plus kits include all 10 available tension ring sizes, eliminating the need to order separately.
Is this the same device as the Vacurect featured in AARP Magazine?
Yes — the Vacurect one-piece design has been featured in AARP Magazine and recommended by urologists and sexologists. The OTC Custom is the same core device as the Deluxe and Plus; it differs only in the accessories included in the kit, not in the device itself or its performance.
Can additional rings and accessories be added later?
Yes — replacement tension rings in all sizes, personal lubricant, service oil, and O-ring maintenance kits are all available separately in our accessories section. If you start with the OTC Custom and later want the full ring set or service oil, those can be purchased without replacing the device itself.
Do I need a prescription?
No. The Vacurect OTC Custom is an over-the-counter device that does not require a prescription. If you have cardiovascular conditions, bleeding disorders, or are taking anticoagulant medications, consult your physician before use.
