The Vacurect O-Ring Kit contains the five internal components that maintain the vacuum seal inside the Vacurect pump mechanism. With regular use, the internal O-rings dry out and wear over time — the first sign is usually a gradual decline in vacuum performance: the device feels like it's working but the vacuum doesn't hold as firmly, or achieving a consistent erection takes longer than it used to. In most cases, this is not a device failure — it's normal O-ring wear that can be corrected with this replacement kit. Replacing the O-rings restores the pump mechanism to full vacuum performance. Vacurect System Oil (sold separately) is required to lubricate the new O-rings properly during and after installation; dry O-rings wear out faster and don't seal as effectively.

Signs Your O-Rings Need Replacing

• Vacuum builds more slowly than when the device was new
• Erection is less firm or takes more pump strokes to achieve
• Vacuum doesn't hold — pressure drops during the session
• Device has been in regular use for an extended period without maintenance
• Device was stored unused for a long time and now underperforms

If your Vacurect is showing these signs and the external components (tension rings, cylinder) are in good condition, O-ring replacement is the correct first maintenance step before considering replacement of the whole device.

Important — System Oil Required

Vacurect System Oil must be used when installing the replacement O-rings. Dry O-rings do not form an effective seal and wear out significantly faster than lubricated O-rings. If you don't have Vacurect System Oil, order it alongside this kit — it is a small additional purchase that directly affects how long the new O-rings last and how well they perform.

Do not substitute other oils or lubricants for Vacurect System Oil. Standard personal lubricants and petroleum-based products are not appropriate for internal pump O-ring lubrication and can damage the O-ring material or interfere with the vacuum mechanism.
