Pleasantly surprised March 18, 2020 Reviewer: John Smith from Sweet Home, OR United States   I was very happy with this product. Due to complications from diabetes I was having trouble attaining consistent erections  on my own even with the aid of prescription pills. This ED pump has completely cured the problem and even given me longer lasting erections than I had prior to my condition. My only advise as was mentioned in a previous review is to use lube on your penis to keep it from binding in the tube keeping it from allowing the blood to flow in. works perfect February 7, 2020 Reviewer: Todd from OH United States   I have diabetes and have suffered with E.D for years I have tried many E.D pills and they work sometimes. Encore Deluxe Battery Powered and Manual Vacuum E July 29, 2019 Reviewer: Edward Jackson from Orange Park, FL United States   EDPumps.com representative was very courteous and knowledgeable.  System works as described but it would be helpful if supplier enclosed information rather than expecting purchaser to research proper use, maintenance, and parts list if replacements are necessary.  Also, a measurement gauge on the cylinder would be helpful.
